I took my IPhone to Apple and they couldn’t get me in for a week! I was desperate and needed my phone, so I took it to Geek Squad in Best Buy. They were so nice (unlike the girl and Apple) and fixed it! I tried to fix it myself doing a reset on it but I couldn’t do it, I thought my phone was done with, but they fixed it and they were really nice and didn’t charge me anything! Which I really appreciated because that helped me out during this hard time. I highly recommend Geek Squad. We really need our phones, especially if we have kids/family, and when he brought my phone back and it was restored, I was so relieved, I just wanted to hug him lol – thank you so much!!

Exceptionally l o n g wait times on hold. 27 minutes. Only to be told I’d have to wait on hold another 11-25 minutes. I suggested Shawnda take my number and have someone call me when they may be available. Shawnda’s response….l.lI have no way to do that. This is not an isolated experience, rather the customer service norm set by Best Buy.
