Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Ian Huey from best buy geek squad is the best. I just switched from an apple computer to a windows bassed computer/ laptop and was having trouble installing the office program. Ian was very friendly, kind, and able to help me fast. I will definitely recommend him to other people. Thank you Ian, you were a big help.

One team came to my house and found that the wall mount for my TV I had ordered wouldn’t fit in my room (studs in the wrong place) so they took it back to Best Buy and arranged for a refund. I ordered a floor stand and another team came out and quickly came out, assembled the stand, and set up and tested everything. Both teams did great jobs.
