Joe is as good as it gets. He helped us with a very custom project today and we could not be any more satisfied. Joe went above and beyond to help us understand the scope of work and he made us feel very comfortable – like family. I cannot say enough good things about Joe and Stone Electronics. Came without making an appointment upfront (did not know I’d have to). I was told I have to wait 5-10min because of that. After waiting for 30min, I was told another appointment came in before me, so I have to wait some more. I just left, thanks for nothing.

I bought a new computer from Best Buy and a new graphics card about a week later. At first the graphics card didn’t work at all. I asked the computer manager about it and he recommended the Geek Squad up front. I go up there to ask them a simple question about how to get my computer to recognize the new graphics card. The simple explanation would have taken less than 2 minutes but they wanted to charge me $200 for Geek Squad tech support. I know this would have taken less than 2 minutes because I went home disgusted and did a quick internet search and found the information myself. What a rip off
