Geek Squad techs are generally very helpful and courteous but this time was even more exceptional in service. I totally felt the two guys were attentive to my needs and did their best to solve my problem. I’m giving 5 stars even though I do need to go back and get some more tweaking on my Mac. Having the Tech Support service is worth its weight in gold!
