For the most part, the service is excellent. Geek Squad has many new people learning, so it is essential to know what you’re getting yourself into when getting your item(s) serviced. I did have one major complaint over the many years of excellent service. My laptop memory was not backed up and lost. I did not receive helpful service but met with a rude and condescending attitude from both Geek Squad and Best Buy. So, make sure to back up your files because no one will care or even try to help you.
