I called yesterday to make sure they would have the tires in stock today. They promised they would have all 4 tires and get me in first thing this morning. I arrived, gave my name, and found out they had sold two of my tires as soon as they came in. They did not have comparable substitutes to make up for breaking their promise. They wanted me to wait until this afternoon to get all 4 tires. I had to accept 2 tires because I need them now and cannot wait. That means I have to come back for the other 2, costing me anther trip, more gas, more time… It’s a pain dealing with these people who don’t value their customers. I’ll have to keep looking for a reliable tire service company. These guys are a bit better than Discount Tire though
