This is my first experience with Mazda or leasing and the 5star rating is solely about my experience with the salesperson . My very attentive salesperson Roberto Castillo, took the time find me exactly what I was looking for. He seemed to be doing his best to keep my lease low cost, but of course, I wanted what I wanted…maybe they count on that-who knows. As someone who has previously owned her vehicles, the jury is still out on the entirety of the experience but Roberto is great at making you feel comfortable and as if he is looking out for you.

They sent me mail today. On the envelope it looks like it’s an important letter from a gubernatorial agency or something, just to find out that it’s just spam. If this is not criminal it’s definitely unethical. Will never do business with them. So F you.
