I was asked to sign up for the loyalty reward program which has been great until today. I went to the store today, got to the cashier with my items, presented my reward bar code. The systemfor some reason was not recognizing it. The cashier tried 3x and told me to call a phone number to have my birthday registered. How convenient! She didn’t try to accommodate or even honor my reward as show of good faith and/or practice great customer service. I won’t be coming back to this store or shop at gap or its affiliates any more. Talk about “loyalty reward program”! So disappointing!
