The store is organized and stocked with plenty of merchandise but customer service needs to improve. Only one cashier was checking out but two managers were behind the registers just chatting. I waited in line for about 5 mins with full hands and not one of the managers offered to check me out. When the cashier finally did call me to check out I noticed a white customer get on the line and the black female manager right away offered to check the white customer out. Shame on the management team and the company. All customers should be treated equally. Gap Inc you lost a loyal customer.
