Ugh… Rude clerk that looked like he was still teething asked if I was looking for anything, and got all exasperated with me when it turned out I was. Literally all I said was Yes, do you have (such and such game)?After a couple bored keystrokes, he seemed weirdly delighted to inform me that it wasn’t in stock, and wouldn’t be. Didn’t even respond to me at all after I said thank you after buying several other games (the used prices were actually not bad, so this is doubly a pity – only reason I’d give them a star at all).Times are hard enough, and I’m never rude to anybody unless I absolutely have to be. I don’t deserve this stupid garbage, and neither do you.Go somewhere else!

Just wanted to stop in and say that this GameStop and its employees are awesome. I feel like the way they handled the Pokémon Shining Fates release shortage was great. Even though we didn’t get all of the items we pre-ordered, we still got some of them. The woman working there has the best customer service skills. She’s friendly, helpful, and just in general I can tell a great employee. The other guys that work there are good too, but the woman with the glasses stands out.
