From the moment I walked in the store manager and the other worker were completely rude I came in to return a controller or exchange it because the one I just purchased for my son’s Xbox was not working Not only was he giving me attitude the entire time he brought out a dirty controller and just tossed it on the counter and said here you go I definitely will not be coming back to this GameStop not only does the manager need to learn some customer service skills so did the other employees in the store apparently. And the remote he replaced the defective one with doesn’t work either.

Both sales reps were good. Manny was awesome. Despite the games not being in stock he thoroughly helped me find something comparable that suited those game interests and I left feeling good about the service.
