Awesome staff super friendly. Today we had to wait due to the whole covid thing but they are doing 100 percent what is safe for both guests and staff. This store has great variations of games and collectibles. Definitely will stop by when I’m in the ventura area. Great job and thanks for staying open for us gamers

Just went to gamestop now at 1:19pm and they are closed, even though they are supposed to be open at 10am. I had to drive my son to another location to get some games he wanted
The Truth Only
I called to ask an inventory question. The staff answered but put me on hold. I assumed they were probably busy and figured I’d start heading over while being kept on hold during my whole drive to the gamestop. When I got there, it was empty and the blonde lady that put me on hold was just standing there doing nothing. They didn’t have what I was looking for and she told me to call next time. I did call. I wasted 30 minutes of my life when she could’ve just told me over the phone.
