Great customer service but the store was very smelly inside

Call and ask them to hold a game for me. They confirm they have it on hold. Drive all the way over just to be told they don’t have it.. what was the purpose of my call?? And if you couldn’t find it, why not have the courtesy of returning a call before someone wastes their time and gas getting there?
