Great I was looking for Jiren from the limit breaker series. Great clean store with excellent customer service.They had one left and was able to hold it for me. They even had a special where he was 3 bucks cheaper as well. Also got my account upgraded for 10 dollars. Great all around can’t wait to see pokemon cards….fingers crossed!!!

Customer service here needs lots of improvement compared to other game stops. I’ve been to many and I’m a long time customer. My experience here was uncomfortable because they lied to my face about a New product accessory they said was “not compatible” with my old system. When in fact it was compatible but I had to find out the hard way. Go to another Game Stop Location with better service. All the other Game stop locations treat you fair and some treat you like a gaming family. Not the Buena Park location.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and ever since they’ve had new management here and new employees it has been garbage. This seems to be an ongoing thing ever since they took over the electronic boutique. I have had to choose a different store because of mistakes so I am completely done with this company. I will be canceling my pre-orders and no longer renewing my pro membership account.
