I’ve always supported gamestop and shopped there often. When things go well it’s an ok place to shop, however when they don’t good luck finding someone who cares or is able to help you resolve your problem.I ordered 2 games over a month ago online for my nephew’s birthday and paid for expedited shipping. I received the tracking information shortly after, so I thought great I will have the games soon. 1 week later, it is stuck on awaiting courier pickup. Two weeks go by and same thing. I sent a total of 5 emails waiting for some sort of response. I would have been happy to even hear sorry there was a delay, we should be able to get it out soon or anything along those lines. Sent more emails just to cancel the order since I bought the games elsewhere with no luck.This company has no cancel option, no option to speak with any live representatives and really no way of finding out what is happening with your order. I’ve recently read reviews with similar stories of people never receiving their orders and being charged for them.Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere. Target, Best buy and Amazon are great options with faster shipping and better customer service. Needless to say, this left a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be shopping at GameStop anymore.
