I’ve been here multiple times and haven’t had a problem with any of the staff they are nice and very helpful. This is definitely my favorite GameStop to go too. Matt is a good guy and always helps me out with what I need. This GameStop is also good because it has variety from old to new console games which not everyone of them has. Also the figures and accessories are great here.

I’ve called this location multiple times on different occasions, and unfortunately my experience has been Terrible. I’ve had questions about the release and availability of the PS5 and XBOX series X. I called time after time again and received no answer on the telephone it rings and rings no answer….It seems if they see the same phone number calling they will take the phone off the hook so it doesn’t ring. Terrible customer service when we cant even get information over the phone. The 1 and only time I went into the store the customer service rep was rude and didn’t say hi or nothing ! Management please correct this issue at your store please or I’m sure you will lose business !Loyal Customer
