When I walked in the rep was assisting someone else. I politely waited. No one greeted me or ever asked me what I needed. I went to pick up a PS4 remote for one of our burn survivor kiddos. I started a non-profit foundation and we were doing a drive thru Xmas party. I stood there for over 5 minutes. Another rep came from the back, made eye contact with me, turned around and went back to the back. So I decided to leave. Worst experience and I will not return.
