Love it, great prices friendly staff. They ALWAYS have what I’m looking for no matter how weird I think my request they manage to fulfill… Needed cords for my son’s playstation 4 Christmas Eve (bad !) not only did they have them but I ordered online n picked up in store. Thanks for helping my family have an AMAZING Christmas!!!

One of the worst experiences EVER!!! I’ve had some bad days with this place but my last visit was the worst. I visited the website shortly before my visit to make sure the items I wanted were there. When I arrived I noticed not 1 but 2 signs clearly visible on the doors that stated there was a 5 person occupancy allowed. This didn’t stop them from having 14 people in the store and refusing me entry because of it. After waiting in the cold for 15 minutes I was finally allowed in only to find that NONE of the several items I came for were in stock. I didn’t want to make the trip empty handed so I browsed through games until I found one I wanted. It was discounted so I was even more excited. The associate automatically rang me up for a brand new version at 4X the cost. I pointed out the issue before purchasing of course. I was then told that, even though there was a clearly labeled ‘used copy’ on the shelf that there were only new copies in stock. The employees were rude, dismissive and clueless in general. I’ve seen the same games both online AND at other locations for the same price or less than what GameStop usually sells for. Look yourself if you don’t believe me. I seriously doubt I will EVER shop there again and encourage anyone else looking to make the same mistake to look elsewhere. They really need to go out of business.
