This is one of the saddest stores that I have ever been 2. There are NO PlayStation 4 controllers PlayStation 4 consoles and any PS3 game you have to read a list from paper because you’re not allowed to view them the games are in the back of the store. If you want to waste your money and waste your time in life by all means go to the store otherwise pass. I forgot to mention that the employees are Horrible and unprofessional. They make you feel like your in the wrong and are miserable beings! This place is a joke to the gaming community. If I could give negative stars ratings I would. Shame on gamestop for being so pathetic and wasteful. I want Electronics Boutique back!!!

Awful customer service. I came to pick up a game I bought online. Guy turned me away because he was busy. He told me this with two large slices of pizza in his hand.I saw three customers walk up to the door and be turned away. Should have just bought my game of Amazon.

They make up their own policy on the spot on who they sell pokemon cards to. The female employee makes you feel like your doing something wrong by asking if they have any. The male employee is her puppet and was no help either. I suggest going to the Rt.9 locations instead of dealing with miserable people who do not like their job.
