Even though they are very popular store. They have all the latest games. They’re fully stocked on their computer and game items and toys for kids. The customer service is OK. The location is great it’s in a very busy plaza. But everything they sell there is very expensive. My kids were disappointed that I wasn’t able to buy them anything because I couldn’t afford it. For a store that is so popular they should have more sales. But other than that I don’t mind going over there to shop around, And to look at all the cool new games And toys.

Chris was absolutely amazing. I went there to get help problem solving a PS4 that I didn’t even purchase there and could not return. It ended up being something we could not figure out but he was extremely patient and kind trying to help me and my son with a solution we would be happy with despite it being the day after Christmas and the store filling up. Being human and considerate made my experience better than i imagined. We left happy and very grateful.
