A pretty convenient and easy GameStop to go to, with a usually large and diverse selection of games, cards, and other Collectibles to work with. Staff is super friendly, and the location is conveniently located near major highways, and is conveniently located in a very large mall with parking. It’s also right next to the mall at Bay Plaza, New York City’s largest indoor mall at the time this post is being written. So to say that the location is superb is an understatement, especially if you’re trying to make several purchases or get a lot of stuff done all at once. Parking is free, and is as close as 10 feet away from the store.

This location has the same issues as most GameStops, they need more cashier’s for such a busy location. Otherwise, my experience was overwhelmingly positive. The Staff was helpful. The manager was even on the floor, helping customers and just keeping things flowing, while the 2 associates manned the registers.

Went to gamestop this late afternoon to purchase some new games, and to find that they decided to have there doors closed at 3:45 p.m. with a sign on the door that said open in 1 hour . The employee standing at the door didn’t say exactly WHICH hour they were opening up or even why they were closed… he just pointed to the note book paper sign taped to the door… not very professional.. ended up going else where.. used to like this location, but it got very sloppy..
