I was at the GameStop on The Grand Concourse. I give them 5 stars because the cashier was amazing. She helped me with a purchase for my grandson. She was knowledgeable, and considerate. I also noticed the other cashier helping other customers. He was great too. The store was neat and there was a good supply of products. Great experience.

I used to genuinely enjoy coming to this Gamestop. Nowadays, the only purpose of this place is to pick up the most recent Call of Duty, which is frustrating because that’s one out of hundreds of games. The store needs to do an inventory check, rather than focusing on sales. Environment is very sales oriented, meaning you’re either going to pick up the latest game or leave because any questions asked about other games will result in stale, generic answer. You’re better off ordering online, that way you can accurately see which games are in stock and won’t be pressured into taking a card, which serves no actual purpose outside of boosting their quota.
