It took so much time for them to ring me up there was 4 employees in the counter there’s two registers the line was so long you’d think one employee would go to the next customer and prepare the game they are buying so once we get to the cashier it be faster and smoother transaction but no instead the extra employee was talking to that person which made it longer for the register employee to look for the game I was buying! I ended up staying there for 40 minutes for one game I knew I wanted to buy, it was terrible experience and they should of been more efficient!!

We got there 5 minutes before they closed we were just gonna get a movie and leave. Walked in and two out of 3 people working there didn’t have a mask. Also said to us they close in 5 minutes (already rushing us).The mask mandate lift doesn’t lift until the 10th. Then once it hit 9. I wanna say the manager kicked us out and started to lock up. We weren’t done looking and said ma’am we are closed you gotta go. So we left and we won’t be giving this place our money anymore.

I’ve been going to this location for a few years now. Change in management or staff has caused this place to go down hill. I won’t give them business anymore. This location is VERY unorganized. The employees literally do not know where anything is. Everytime I go there, it’s 1 game they can not find. Or the prices on the video game itself is marked wrong. They DO NOT honor what the game is priced at. You always have to ask whats the price on this, before you buy.One problem after another everytime I go. Long lines with one person working. Its clear management is non existent in this store.
