I’ve done business with the location in Ithaca, and I’m pleased to have one in Cortland now. They recently replaced the battery in my iPhone SE, and it is a great improvement. I met Preya, who is very friendly and helpful. She carefully explained what needed to be done, and answered all of my questions. It only took an hour to deal with the battery. I plan on bringing my son’s phone in if I can pry it out of his hands first…..
