My husband and I had a great experience at the Furniture Mall of Texas! We visited the store during the busy Memorial Day “buy one get one 50% off” sale. The sales associate that assisted us in finding a sofa, Juan, exceeded our every expectation by taking the time to genuinely listen to what we wanted and to answer our every question honestly. He helped us find the perfect sofa, and he directed us to sales associate Pablo who helped us choose a wonderful recliner. Both associates were amazing. I really felt like they individualized our service and cared that we were happy with our purchases. We were extremely impressed with the service, as well as the choices and quality of the furniture. We truly left the store happy!!!

We had showed up the day before to look at the store for the first time and we ended up liking a couple of things which I was in love with! So today, we came back to order them and the process was so smooth and so quick we were so impressed with Megan and her service as well as politeness and helpfulness!! She was so amazing and helped us score those couple pieces with great discounts too! We loved the store and will definitely be back for any further house furnishing!

The store had a variety of furniture and styles. Very customer friendly by staff as we were acknowledged by everyone. The sofas and chairs are custom. We purchased a chair and will be ready in 22/25 weeks. Delay is due to a Covid. The salesperson, Colleen, was helpful to shows us the chair options around the store and picking the fabric. It feels like a high end purchasing experience.
