Worst customer service experience. We were told our dinning table would be delivered in 4-6 weeks and it’s been 3 months. I understand that shipments are delayed due to covid but they never contacted us to let us know that the deliver would take longer than expected. If they’re gunna ask me for my email I would expect them to use it to send some updates. Also, after they received the item to their store it takes another month for it to be delivered.

Salesmen are great and they have a large selection of furniture in all sizes.. Regal furniture, nicely made.. NOT THE CHEAP TYPE you see in regular store fronts.. I’m very happy with my selection, customized and will be delivered within 4 weeks

The sales told me 2 months due to COVID and I received the items after 6 months. Furthermore, I purchased all the staff of my house.the futniture came after 6 months with scratches on it.also the dressing table missing mirror and when called them they said we sold it to you with out the mirror .if you want the mirror we will charge u for it. How come a dresser with out a mirror people.after 6 months all of this mass.My advice please deal with the big names. They don’t have proper logistics and not a proper sales team…..
