Had a great buying experience yesterday (1/8/21) with Jay in customer service. Jay listened to my needs before making helpful recommendations that ensured my family got the best bikes for our recreational usage. Jay was courteous, thoughtful and professional while he interacted with my wife and young children. He measured the tailgate of my truck to ensure our tailgate pad would work correctly and he even helped install everything before we left the shop. The older gentleman in the repair shop was also very accommodating and helpful ensuring we left the store with our bikes dialed in for the trail. I was overly impressed with the professionalism while we were there, we will definitely be coming back for all our bicycle needs in the future. Thanks Fun Sport crew for taking the guesswork out of buying bicycles for our family.
