I am happy with the service Frontier has provided our family. I see negative comments from some and do not attempt to understand their experience, I just haven’t had it. We use this service primarily for their internet connection and it’s very adequate for us…anytime I’ve had any questions, they’ve been answered reasonably, timely, and I’ve even been surprised about how far their technicians went to try to produce the best product for the best price for us. I’m sorry to hear some have had a tough time, I’m hoping for Frontier’s sake – there are more folks like me/us that may just not have taken the time to positively rate / comment.

This company is aweful .If i could give them a negative rating i would. The internet drops out multiple times a day, i have the fios and it is not dependable at all.

WE HAVE HAD NO DIAL TONE ON OUR LANDLINE FOR 5 DAYS. I’ve called Frontier customer support & after many runs around a robot menu, finally talked to someone named Shanika (not sure this spelling is correct). We got disconnected somehow, & she didn’t call me back on my cell as she’d said she’d do. When I called back, I went round & round with the robot menu, but never got back to Shanika or anyone else. I left messages with both our local techs, Ted & Steve, who have nicely provided us with their direct numbers, but neither of them have called back (which is unusual). I know Frontier has filed for bankruptcy. Is that why we can’t reach them? They just aren’t dealing with customers anymore? OUR INTERNET IS FINE, HOWEVER. I guess the phone & the internet are administered differently. The Better Business Bureau has been contacted by customers, & the BBB contacted Frontier, which sent the BBB two meaningless pep-talk letters. I’ll add this complaint to the BBB, but otherwise I don’t know what else to do but contact our NYS Assemblyman, Dan Stec. Has everyone at Frontier succumbed to Covid-19?
