Went there there three times to rent a suit for a wedding. My husband is a large man. There was nothing for him to try on the first day. They took measurements and said that he would be able to try on suits the next day. That the assistant manager would be there to make adjustments. Which she did not do. She handed him off to someone else.My husband uses a walker. It is difficult for him to try on the clothes due to his limitations. No one offered him assistance with trying on the clothes. The pants were not adjusted for him and fell off him in the public area. He had to ask for assistance when they fell off. The shirt they gave him was at least three times too large and not the color he asked for. When returning the garments they kept taking other people to assist even though he was next in line. When he was finally assisted, he was given an insincere apology stating they were unable to see that he was returning garments. It’s unfortunate they are the only show in town to rent men’s suits from. Perhaps that is why they are able to behave in such an uncaring manner.After posting this review, my husband was contacted by Friar Tux. They listened to what my husband had to say. They also did what they could to make it right. We really appreciate that they care about making it right for their customers. We will use them the next time for an event.

Very business oriented and very organized staff, but they are NOT mean. I got what I wanted and got out, which to me, on a Saturday, is very important. As you know, a person doesn’t want to have to mess around on your day off. Any place with this business mentality is great……
