In my opinion of this place is; it is a joke, after waiting two months for shoes on backorder! ( what shoe takes 2 months to make)Then i moved out of state and the refused to send me shoes that wrte already paid for by the VA. Tax payers hard earned money down the tube.I urge my fellow Texans to find a different locationThis place is NOT veteran friendly in my opinion.

Go anywhere but here. A reclining chair was purchased here that took over a month to receive. Details are on BBB’s website. The staff is rude and feels like no one can tell them anything because they know everything. Yhe chair was not delivered until Better Business Bureau got involed. They’re also over priced!

I have used Fresh Air for my Cpap supplies for almost almost a year. Excellent place for medical supplies. Fast, Friendly service and always willing to go the extra mile. Please let me explain. I brought my Cpap machine into them for service. Once I explained what was wrong, Chris the owner tested it for me and indeed saw the problem. Be aware that Fresh Air does Not Sell Resmed products. Chris never the less took it the extra mile and called Resmed for me. Talked to their service department and at their request packaged up and send it to their repair station for me. He called promptly on Friday of the same week and received my replacement unit as it was still under Resmed warranty. He did this for me, and I really appreciated this incredible service. I cannot tell Clean Air how much I appreciated them. Try them out, you won’t be dissatisfied!
