2 stars. Would be 1 if it wasn’t for the older man(guys dad I guess). But yeah the younger guy of the 2 is pretty condescending if you go in there and not sure what you are looking for. Noticed how nice /different he spoke when he was trying to sell a stocked $1400 bike to another customer.Guy has no patience seems always backed up with bikes and pretty short tempered if you ask question after question. He can’t even stop working to look at me in the face when I’m trying to get info for my bike so I can buy stuffAlso he said he couldn’t service my bike to release a seized bike post.Typical bike shop with overpriced stocked bikes.And they don’t answer the phone when I call the place of business

Best bike shop in FREMONT. They are always there to service you in the most comfortable & informative way. We just bought our third bike there. It is beautiful. It’s so unique. I love schwinn!

This is an amazing bike shop! James is a wealth of knowledge, helping get my kids on their first bikes as well as getting my bike tuned up so we could hit the trails together. Great selection of new and used bikes at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!
