Recently tried to switch cars on my policy I figured this should be simple enough just remove the old vehicle and add the new vehicle keep the policy the same which is just basic liability and an SR22 so I call and then the agent decides to give me a new policy stating that I’ll save money still don’t know why that was necessary because the difference was only like $3 so he finds me a policy saves me like $3 like I mentioned but I had to another 300 for the down payment and installment plan and all that but still I was okay with it I was like sure fine let’s just do it like two weeks later I get a letter from the DMV stating that my license is suspended due to no insurance coverage on file which is a big hassle because I just got my license back several months ago I work full time so I can’t take off to go to the DMV to go handle this I’m being charged for it by the DMV and to make matters worse when I try and call the office I still can’t get through to David Vasquez every time I call some guy answers and says he’s in a meeting he’ll call you back they even take my number down and they still don’t call me back this is the third time I tried calling them David Vasquez is the one who set up my policy and the one who did not forward the correct information to the DMV and still no response after 3 calls I’ve even stated the importance of my situation but clearly they just wanted their commission from the down payment I ended up Pauling blue fire insurance the company that they set me up with they told me there wasn’t even an SR22 on file keep in mind I told David I want the same policy just a different car my old policy had an SR22 anyway the people at blue fire insurance gave me an SR22 now my insurance is more than my previous policy by ten bucks all they had to do was keep my old policy they just really made a mess out of my situation and guess what I still have a suspended license and this situation still has not been fixed I even called yesterday and they still have not called me back do not work with David Vasquez or the insurance company worst customer service they don’t even call you back
