Great store for girls

When I shopped at their store, they seemed very happy and welcoming. But when I came to return one of the item I bought for someone else and the size was wrong, they didn’t seem very happy and made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. I love Free People clothes. And though I prefer shopping at stores so I can try them on, I won’t be returning to this store.

I’ve had the misfortune of shopping from this pintsize store (Free People South Coast Plaza) and running into ‘Vanessa’ their so called manager .She came to my fitting room and said I kind of looked too old to wear the frilly lace dress that I picked for my bridal shower! I am disgraced and disgusted. Now I have met some drama queens but I have never in my life felt treated so rudely. Smiling and making a rude comment about someones appearance doesn’t make you sound better…Also, texting on your phone while I’m talking to you? How the heck did you become a manager???Also totally agreeing with the other reviewer who said this store makes you feel awkward and uncomfortable..why on earth does this company hire socially challenged employees who tarnish the company image?
