The team at this store is amazing! I spoke over the phone with Katherine and she saved the day! I am heading on a camping trip this weekend and planned a few outfits out from Free People and Lulu but the stuff I had ordered wouldn’t get to me until after the camping trip. She stayed on the phone with me and was so patient and motivated to make sure I got all of the great pieces before this weekend! She was very clear, efficient, and lighthearted! If I have any more last minute free people orders I will definitely be calling this store! Thank you guys, totally made my day!!

THE JOKER
Very poor customer service from Katharine. She charged me full price on a dress that was discounted. I specifically said to send the new dress to my home and asked her and pointed to my receipt. She said do I still bill tho to the PO. Box. I said yes. Well the full price dress is charged and being shipped to the PO Box and they cant do anything about it. She was rude. Talked over me, didn’t listen at all. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade. I am a FP addict. I was so turned of and humiliated by this women I left the store with store credit, the only thing she got right. I have to drive back out to Malibu and I will now return everything there and I want my cash back in my bank account and will be talking to her Manager Lauren that used to work at the Brentwood store. Terrible, horrible way to treat a customer. I am embarrassed I was treated so badly in front of my friend and then she screws up the whole order, except giving me store credit which I WILL NOW GET Y CASH BACK!!!! DONE!
