Well after reading all the good reviews and getting a recommendation from Columbus Body Works I decided to give them a shot.I needed to have my tires balanced. I got there at 8 was checked in by 8:20 and was told it would be an hour and half so that was fine. I thought I would be through by 11 at the latest. I ordered lunch at 12 had it delivered ate and was still waiting. Needless to say I left at 1:15 without any work being done on my car not even being touched. There was 1 other guy that came in at 8 with me that was still waiting when i left. So I didn’t get the experience that you all had. I rated a 2 because the lady at the counter at least kept trying to check and see how long it would be and she was really polite and professional.

Let me say this. Fred R. is one of the best. I have known him since I was a child. I used to visit him with my Dad when I was a boy. He is one of the most honest men I have ever known. You will never be cheated by Fred. My family has bought so many tires from him there is no way to count them all. If you want a fair priced job then go there and see how good it can be to have someone you can trust work on your car. Jim Hill.
