While the customer service is great and they offer many different services. I do feel that their hourly car service technicians are underpaid. Especially when they are called in, on a day they requested to be off. I feel if you’re going to have half the shop calling your employee telling that person that they NEED you to come in regardless of the plans they had previously made. They should DEFINITELY be paid more. Especially when that employees is there mon-sat. Every week. And VERY RARELY takes off.Food for thought.

Sent a text on a Sunday.. fully aware I would not hear back till Monday.. was totally fine with that.. but… Tony text me back today.. wow! I bought a 4 piece set of scratch and dent years ago and the dishwasher has officially washed its last dish.. so needed to know if they still had that option since I am not made of money.. I will most definitely go in next week and do business with them if at all possible.. so appreciate the time they give to help you.. not many businesses like that any more.. thank you kindly
