I was an Ubereats Delivery Driver who went to pick up an order for a customer. But, to much dismay, they made me wait 20 minutes to have the order prepared; they have not started the order until after I arrived. After waiting and waiting, no one came out of the back-room to tell me it’s ready for pick-up. Until moments later, a lady asked me if I needed help, she was helpful enough to go inside to find out what is taking so long and realized the order was already ready for pick-up, but nobody inside was considerate enough to bring out nor call out the order after reminding them that I was there for Ubereats pick-up. All in all, I was sadly disappointed by their performance except for a young lady who actually cared enough to help. Another concern was one of the restaurant staffs inside didn’t care enough to wear a mask while working inside and was talking to me a few inches away from my face; I wasn’t too happy about that and plus, it was a health violation. Initially, I was supposed to give a one star rating, but since you have one good staff there that has their head screwed on-right, I’ll give it a 2-star.
