Brought my watch to these folks to change my battery. It’s been less than year and it’s dead again. They change the battery but I don’t think it was a new battery. I feel like I got the battery that was about to expire. Plus I just moved so I can’t get this issue fixed.

0 stars would be more accurate. Two employees, Gigi and Susie, opened a credit account fraudulently. When confronted, they gave us the run around and said we should just go ahead and use it. The manager, Gabrielle, was supposed to call us with information about how to fix it and never did. Finally got a hold of her a week later by chance (she never returned our calls either), and she just gave us the run around too. We had to contact the credit bureau and open a case in order to resolve it.
