I just had a terrible experience with the Fred Meyer Manager Sabrina. Her unprofessional and rude behavior shocked me.I bought a 50 pack of blank DVD+R discs. I open the package, but it turned out the discs were not what I needed. I did not use a single disc. I went to the store to return it. But the manager Sabrina informed the costumer service to deny my request because she said it is against the copyright law otherwise. I told her they are all pure blank discs. No use.“How can I know you didn’t use them?” she said to me.“I have been a Fred Meyer member for over 20 years. Trust me!”, I asked.“Laws don’t trust people. Otherwise, why we have laws.” She responded.She raised her voice. She became angry. I was speechless.Before I left, I asked the manager for her name. Also, I asked if she could possibly write it down for me. She said, “No!”. She pointed to her name badge on the clothes. She said to me, “You can write it yourself. Go ahead”.I cannot believe it. Is it still the Fred Meyer I had been enjoying shopping for decades? Also, I don’t think returning pure blank DVD-R discs is against any copyright law. Amazon can return DVD-R discs. Why Fred Meyer cannot?

I had a terrible experience at customer support with phynn and carrie. I was trying to return a prepaid phone and they told me to go to cricket when i bought it in this store and cricket told me they couldnt do anything because i bought it at this store. It was becoming a repetitive cycle and i asked for the manager and it took about 10 minutes before anyone came to help. 10 minutes later phynn comes out with a major attitude and raising her voice when we tell her we do not want the phone anymore. She then started manhandling the box trying to get the phone out she threw it on the desk. It had a passcode on it so she threw the phone at us on the counter and said open it. We did and she tried getting us to spend more money on minutes and make a account and when we said we dont want to do that anymore she seemed very upset and threw the phone on the counter again. She then gave us 10$ and was even rude about that.
