This place is is amazing! Extremely professional and honest. Very friendly and knowledgeable walked me through the whole process and explained everything to me. I didn’t feel I was being taken advantage of at all and since I don’t know anything about cars I was afraid of that happening to me but not here at Frank’s automotive. I was very happy with the service and price. I would recommend them to anyone who needs vehicle repair. 5 stars all the way.

*****Update – I received a call regarding the review left below and was able to get the quote that I needed. I was treated with such respect and got an apology to boot. There are so many places that don’t care when a customer leaves angry or leaves a bad review. This was a welcoming shock. I will be getting my work done at Frank’s. They’re prices are fair, they’re honest, and they genuinely care about their customers. The bad experience that I had from a busy employee did not justify my original review. It’s possible that not all employees there have the same integrity and customer service skills, but it doesn’t mean that it’s a bad place.*****Original Review – I called to request a quote on some work for my vehicle. I was very specific on what I needed (shoes and drums/alignment/tune-up) and was refused to be assisted. I was told to bring my vehicle there to be looked at, which would require a charge $$$.This makes me really sad because my dad swears by this shop.
