The team worked very hard to get me a car that I can feel safe and secure in, that is something I wanted, and gave me one hell of a deal for a trade in. I was so happy I cried. Staff was great! Although the Rav4 I just purchased used, 3 years old from a Lease has an issue with the plastic stripping under the roof rack that keeps coming out. Many times I have to stop and put it back in and they can’t fix it so I was told. Not very happy about that, it makes no sense and feel like if I have to take it to another garage that can, are they just screwing me out of my bumper to bumper warranty claim? Checking up on this because I know there has to be a fix or you can have it back! My 90 days aren’t up yet.
