Most overpriced gun store that I have ever been too. I feel like they take advantage of new gun owners. On average every fireman is marked up at least $200 more than other shops. They do however have the best inventory. I am giving them 2 stars because of the inventory. At least you can go in their and hold a firearm to see if you like it and buy somewhere else!! I looked at a rifle there and bought it at a nearby store for $250 less.

Purchased my first 9mm pistol from Fowler Gun Room. I noticed Fowler’s has been slammed due to Covid/Social Injustice Protesting, so to make sure I was walked through my first firearm purchase with no rush or pressure was really great. Long lines are expected as other Firearm Dealers have been dealing with the same thing, but the customer service inside was top notch and really comfortable. Will be back to continue purchasing more. Thank you Fowler Gun Room.Picked up a Nighthawk and some Spyderco pocket knives.

Went there a few days ago to replace a pistol I sold when I moved from Alaska. The older gentleman that helped me was really great. It was my first gun purchase in California and he walked me through the entire process seamlessly. I could not have asked for a better experience. In regard to other reviews and prices, yes prices are high, I paid $150 over retail for the pistol I bought but it was cheaper compared to other places I looked and online once you factor in FFL. Ammo was also really expensive $45 for a box of range rounds. But again looking online that was not outrageous. Right now demand is crazy and people will need to consider that before deciding to purchasing a firearm. If you decide now is the time expect to pay a premium, especially in California, anywhere you go.
