Went in to purchase a wedding dress. Found one on the rack that I was going to purchase. Paid $900 towards the dress, then my husband got deployed and the wedding was cancelled, we eloped prior to deployment instead. I called to ask if I could have a store credit since the dress did not have to be ordered, it was already hanging in their store. NO. Half a store credit? NO. This was in September that I spoke with them. Now in April they call again to ask me to pay for the rest and pick my dress up. ♀️ Needless to say, I’m still out $900, and I’m not paying the additional money for a dress I won’t wear. I don’t feel this is the best way to support our military, either.

I highly recommend this place…they are awesome! The ladies there are friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. We came all the way from AR to get a prom dress for my daughter and they found the perfect one.
