I took my daughter here today shopping for her birthday and noticed I was being followed by a worker there. At first I just thought she was just “arranging clothes”, but then I started noticing she was in every section I was in glancing at me. I was more then tempted to walk out and not spend any of my money there. I won’t be going back again.

Wow! One of the best Forever 21 I have ever been too , they are so organized and clean ! Everything labeled in sizes and even in the sale area! So clean and easy to find sizes , the woman that worked there were amazing ! Best customer service! They were so nice and welcoming and offering help ❤️ I will drive here from now on to shop! Cerritos and Downey but West Covina !!
