My closest shopping center, it would be 5 star if the center could get more of a market or drugstore as an anchor. Even Taco Bell didn’t survive in here after many years of being open. Hate to say it but Chuck e Cheese kind of ruins it for the financial health here and I’m not a kid anymore so it may go.The problem is with the lots of cars taking up parking for long periods of time(pre covid) not spending enough money relative to the time they are taking up parking from potential customers that would come to the center if there were a store that were more of a stop and go situation, thus creating grater revenue for the center.as a whole. Whew.. anyhow its a decent center.
