I purchased a sweatsuit from this store that has never been worn. I explained I’m pregnant so it was really to try it on and it didn’t fit. I went to the store and they gave me the whole run around that they couldn’t accept the pants because they were missing a tag. I’ve worked retail, I had a receipt, the outfit was totally fine and who knows if they had a tag when I purchased. They just went legalistic. Really disappointing service! Brick and mortar stores need to be smart about the customers that walk into the store versus going online, which now I regret. Rest assured I will NOT be returning for any future business here. Terrible.

Ordered shoes from this location. Haven’t received confirmation email for delivery. Also can’t get in touch with the store manager. I keep calling and when they pick up manager is never there. I’m out of 110$ and it’s been 2 weeks and still no email or shoes
