I visited this location on January 14, 2021 to purchase new shoes for my Daughter. I was never greeted by any of the 3 associates on duty although they all looked at me upon entry. After standing around for 5 minutes and waiting for someone to assist me, I was finally approached only to be told I had to wear a mask in order to shop in the store. They couldn’t provide me with one, so I happily left and made my purchase at Finish Line. Whenever I frequent this store, customer service is always cold and they act like they barely want to assist you or either they are scrolling on their phones. I am very critical on good customer service and this location just doesn’t have it. They lost a sale this day and a long standing customer

I have been in this store 3 times and can never find a salesperson. No one is ever on the floor I have left without buying shoes and have just walked next door to journeys
