Had called to ask if they matched pricing with competitor cause I was trying to buy an online shoe through champs.com. I was told that they did by a sales person, so I drove 30 minutes to foot locker from La Feria Texas and to my surprise the Manager by the name of T. Adviced me that he couldn’t honor so some reasons that I told him you should train your employees correctly so they won’t be giving false information on the phone. I asked if he can do anything and he said no. Total waste of gas and time he also told me that is my problem and he didn’t have anything to do with it if i wanted too to buy them online.
