The lady that helped me looked over me running up to families that were only window shopping and getting turned down. All of them ignored me. They have horrible customer service. All I wanted was to grab a few pair of sneakers. What would have been like 4 pair, I only got 2 because they wer the only store in East Dallas that had my size. If it wasn’t for that, no way I would have spent my coin with these unappreciated people. It was one lady that had decency to ask if needed anything after I stood there by the puma rack for 30 minutes. She got the sale too. The other 5 or 6 ignored me all that time. Never shopping there again.

The staff was good but this store is made for skinny people. I’m a bigger gentleman not to big but like a 3x and I couldn’t even find anything bigger than a large here so I need #FOOTLOCKER to stop discriminating against bigger gentleman and start carrying stock for us. If you’re going to carry clothes make sure they fit everybody!!!
