By far one of the worst experiences I have received in this store. I had visited earlier looking for shoes for my sister, coming in from another store due to limited sizing. We were looking to exchange shoes for a bigger size, receipt and item present. We explained that we had been sent from another location (within Woodbridge Mall), and we were looking for a different size, to which her response was, If the shoes don’t fit her, why would you purchase them? You can’t return them here. It was made clear between both Footlocker Stores in Woodbridge Mall that this return was possible. We let her know again that we had been sent from the Foot Locker upstairs. She continued to refuse to exchange the shoe. We ended up going back to the Foot Locker upstairs were able to assist in exchanging the shoe. This woman at this specific location, was rude and disrespectful. Even the manager from the Foot Locker upstairs had called this location to explain what was going on and stated that the exchange WAS POSSIBLE. She refused to give us her name, she was nasty, and had previously been disrespectful to other clients to which we had also learned this was not the first complaint put in for. I am writing this to warn ALL OF YOU to stay way from this establishment. Clearly they do not value any sort of customer service, or rather have any. Keeping this attitude, they will end closing just like the rest of the stores in this mall. It is absolutely disappointing as we wanted to purchase more sneakers, but not at this location, and most definitely not with her. She is a heavier set woman, with no laid edges and extensions. Do yourself a favor and purchase sneakers literally anywhere else. We will be going to corporate.
